All FIERE sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, we will review the situation and assist where possible.

STEP 1: CONTACT US

Email shopfierebrand@gmail.com or message us through Shopify Inbox.

Please include:

Order number
Full name
Email used at checkout
Description of the issue
Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

STEP 2: WAIT FOR REVIEW

Our team will review your message and respond as soon as possible.

Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.

If your issue qualifies for assistance, we may provide next steps based on the situation.

STEP 3: FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

If we request additional information or photos, please send them as soon as possible so we can properly review your order issue.

Do not send any item back unless FIERE provides approval and instructions first.

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

STEP 4: RESOLUTION

Once your issue is reviewed, FIERE may offer a resolution when applicable.

Resolution options may vary depending on the situation, product availability, and order details.
