FIERE currently ships within the United States only.
All U.S. orders receive free shipping.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take 5–7 business days.
SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after your order is processed.
Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout when available.
Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
FIERE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking says your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, front door, neighbors, building office, or local carrier first.
FIERE is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
